1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using Galleryize (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of the Service

Galleryize converts publicly shared cloud storage folder links into shareable photo galleries. The Service reads only publicly accessible links that you provide. It does not store your image files; images are loaded directly from the originating cloud provider's public URLs.

3. Your responsibilities

• You must own or have the right to share any content you link to.
• You must only submit links that are intended to be public.
• You must not use the Service to share illegal, infringing, or harmful content.
• You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.

4. Accounts and subscriptions

Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis through our payment processor (Stripe). You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time from your billing settings. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to abuse, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its infrastructure. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

6. Content and intellectual property

You retain all rights to your content. Galleryize claims no ownership over the images referenced through your galleries. The Service, including its software and branding, remains the property of its operator.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Because the Service relies on third-party cloud providers' public interfaces, availability of image extraction may change without notice.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Galleryize shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
