Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 2026
1. Overview
This Privacy Policy explains how Galleryize (“we”, “us”) collects, uses, and protects your information when you use our service.
2. Information we collect
- Account information: your name, email address, and a securely hashed password.
- Gallery data: the public folder links you submit and the resulting image URLs and metadata. We do not store your actual image files.
- Usage analytics: aggregate gallery view counts and coarse visitor data (device type, country, referrer) using a privacy-friendly hashed identifier.
- Billing data: handled by our payment processor (Stripe). We do not store full card details on our servers.
3. How we use information
- To provide and operate the Service.
- To process subscriptions and payments.
- To show you analytics about your galleries.
- To communicate important account or service notices.
4. Images and cloud providers
Galleryize reads only publicly shared links you provide and references images directly from the originating cloud provider. We never request your cloud credentials and never access private data. We store image URLs, not image files.
5. Cookies
We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and to count unique gallery visitors. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.
6. Data sharing
We share data only with service providers necessary to operate the Service (such as our payment processor and hosting provider), or when required by law. We do not sell your personal information.
7. Data retention and deletion
We retain your data while your account is active. You may delete your galleries at any time, and you may request deletion of your account, after which we remove your personal data except where retention is legally required.
8. Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data, and to object to certain processing. Contact us to exercise these rights.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above.
